PATH SYSTEM MEMBERS hold an annual contribution card of

Each Member holds the same card value in the Microfinance Cooperative System. Effective and efficient implementation of microfinance will lead to a credit union and eventually the first Bank in Meta. At that point the Bank can no longer operate under the structure of microfinance or benefit from Tax Exempt Status. A separate entity will be created and membership converted into shares.
Until sustainability, all contributions are tax exempt and operates as endowment syructure. It means that if all things being equal, $500,000 invested to create a bottom-up economy for Meta should provide ROI yielding the same value when empowerment has taken place. To prevent recidivism, Path System members in Diaspora will continue to provide oversight for transparency and accountability using the legal system under which the system operates today.
