PATH SYSTEM BOARD MEMBERS COMPLETE LIST (February 15^th, 2011)

·         PATH SYSTEM President/CEO to supply to PATH SYSTEM DIASPORA complete list of Board of Directors.

·         Provide list to Microhealth Global consulting, Members (Where applicable)

·         Provide to Secretary General of PATH SYSTEM Membership information for upload into database

·         PATH SYSTEM to establish reporting mechanisms and Press Release plan

·         All members in Executive position to review AUDIT AND MARKETING PLAN from Microfinance Global Consulting, Inc. focusing on PATH SYSTEM Project

FUND RAISING STRATEGY (February 27^th, 2011)

·         PATH Coordinators to complete fundraising draft programs

·         Programs to be approved by Microfinance Global Consulting with official letter authorizing the programs to take place. This will be in compliance with IRS instructions detailed in IRS guidelines and reporting

·         Submit to MH-GC, Inc. Accountability and Transparency plan (Written proposals by coordinators)

COMPLETED FUNDING/PAYMENTS BY MEMBERS (March 10^th, 2011)

·         Update financial report with Board Financial Secretary and transfer of all funds to PATH account in Cameroon

·         Provide Financial Report to Board and Members

·         Prioritize medical outreach projects per strategic plan

·         Update microfinance project per strategic plan

RECUITMENT (March 1^st – March 30^th)

·         Interview of Medical doctors and recruit a medical doctor

·         Interview of Nurses/recruit

·         Interview of Driver/recruit

·         Compile Resources for Program

·         Purchase of two motorbikes

TRAININING AND SCHEDULE  DESIGN (April to May 2011)

·         Outreach program and schedules

·         Data Collection startegy

·         Recruitment of Farmers, 800 in number

·         Management installation

·         Put in place evaluation procedures

·         Installation of EMR, training and  providing VPN for direct connectivity to the United States

·         Meet with the Minister of Public Health for additional resources

·         Meet with permanent secretary of HIV/AIDS for CD4 count and Social Worker

·         Meet with the US Ambassador to Cameroon

GOLIVE (June 1^st, 2011)

·         First medical outreach program

·         Review of program (What went wrong and What went right)

·         Correct errors and expand

·         Record results

·         Review results with professionals in the USA for advice
